Billing and Cancellation
All membership packages are billed automatically each month via automatic debit on the same day. Your membership can be cancelled at any time with no penalties; however, proration is not given and monies will not be refunded unless no services have been rendered that month.
Washes will be discontinued if payment fails to process and arrangements have not been made with a representative by the time of the next scheduled appointment.
You may cancel your membership via the customer portal that you enter your payment information into at time of sign up, or you can reach out to a representative and we can cancel for you.
If cancelled, same pricing cannot be promised in the future as prices may be subject to change.
All memberships are "use them or lose them". Unused services do not roll over into the next month and do not get refunded or prorated. This includes unexpected weather disturbances, vacation plans, or other absences.
Canyon Lake Mobile Detail is not obligated to reschedule appointments that are cancelled at time of appointment/service. This is considered a "no-show".
If your appointment cannot be completed due to an error or other reason on our side, we will most certainly accommodate a re-schedule. This can include a technician being ill, equipment issues, and other emergencies.
You may upgrade or downgrade packages after the completion of the current months services by making arrangements with a service representative. This involves cancelling your current membership and signing up for the new one.
All membership services are mobile and we come to you! We bring all of our own supplies and do the work right in your driveway so you do not have to leave the comfort and convenience of your own home!
What you Get
You can use the washes for anyone in the household such as a child’s vehicle or spouses vehicle. All washes come with wash/dry, tire dressing on outside, window cleaning, and vacuum/wipe down on the inside. They take about 30-45 minutes each (larger vehicles may be subject to more time). Washes and add-on services cannot be added at time of service visit, they must be scheduled with the membership coordinator prior to the visit.
We value our customers and strive for your satisfaction. We want to see your vehicle clean and a smile on your face! We will do our best to ensure your vehicle(s) get washed on their scheduled day, and accommodate schedule changes when we are able to.
