Nick met this gas Club Car utility cart in Wildomar for a no-start / runs-poorly diagnostic. The owner reported it would bog after running and would not settle until the key was cycled.
Diagnosis found both pedal microswitches stuck so the cart would not stop cleanly, plus a loose throttle governor cable that left the throttle effectively wide open. Line items covered throttle cable replacement and adjust, two pedal microswitches, a Club Car governor cable (Precedent/DS style), and micro switch labor. Nick also noted the starter battery was weak and recommended replacement.
A utility cart that will not shut throttle cleanly is a safety issue on the worksite. We diagnose gas Club Cars on-site across Wildomar.
