A Navitas vehicle module is the cart-specific interface that lets an E-Z-GO TXT PDS pair correctly with a Navitas controller. When you convert a TXT PDS to a Navitas TSX (DC) or TAC2 (AC) system, the vehicle module tells the controller exactly what cart it is installed in — throttle type, drive configuration, and wiring. Without the correct module, a Navitas conversion will not communicate properly and will fault on first power-up.

Installation notes
Disconnect the main battery pack before working on the controller harness. The vehicle module plugs into the Navitas controller and is part of the conversion kit's wiring chain — it is not optional and not interchangeable between cart models. Cross-reference the Navitas fitment guide for your exact TXT year and drive system, and use our EZGO schematics library to confirm the harness routing. After installation, the Navitas system needs its initial program loaded before the cart will drive.
