This is the OEM 48-volt battery tray for 2008-Up E-Z-GO RXV electric golf carts. The tray is the structural pan that holds the RXV battery pack in place — it carries the weight, keeps the batteries from shifting, and contains corrosion and spills. When the original tray is rusted through, cracked, or distorted, the pack is no longer properly supported, and a replacement tray restores a safe, solid foundation for the batteries.

Features & specs
- OEM-spec replacement battery tray for the RXV 48V pack
- Factory mounting points — bolts into the original location
- Correct dimensions to support the full battery set without shifting
- A sound tray is the right time to also refresh hold-downs and cables
Installation notes
Replacing a battery tray means removing the battery pack — disconnect the pack at the main and remove the batteries before lifting the old tray. This is a good moment to clean every terminal, inspect the battery cables for corrosion, and replace any hold-down hardware that has rusted. Reinstall the batteries in the correct orientation and torque the terminals to spec. A battery pack sitting in a corroded or distorted tray will keep eating hold-downs and cables until the tray is addressed.
