Simulator Terms of Use

Simulator Terms of Use

Effective July 18, 2026 · Canyon Lake Mobile Golf Cart Tech Simulator

1. Educational tool only

The simulator is provided free of charge for education and entertainment. It is a simplified model of golf cart electrical systems. It is not professional advice, not a service manual, and not a substitute for factory documentation, proper training, or a qualified technician.

2. Use at your own risk

Real golf carts contain stored electrical energy, corrosive chemicals, and moving parts that can cause serious injury, death, or property damage. If you choose to work on a real vehicle, you do so entirely at your own risk. Always follow the manufacturer's service documentation and safety procedures, or bring your cart to a qualified shop.

3. No warranty; limitation of liability

The simulator is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canyon Lake Mobile and its owners and employees shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising from use of the simulator or from applying anything learned in it to a real vehicle.

4. Intellectual property

The simulator, including its code, artwork, scenarios, and the character “Pete,” is the property of Canyon Lake Mobile. You may play it; you may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, decompile, or reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product. Product names such as E-Z-GO and Curtis are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only; this simulator is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

5. Leaderboard conduct

Choose a display name appropriate for a family audience. We may remove any leaderboard entry at our discretion.

6. Access

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the simulator at any time without notice. We may update these terms by posting a revised version at this address; continued use means acceptance.
