Is this cart street legal?
No. The Kandi Collapsible Mini is a Non-LSV (not classified as a Low-Speed Vehicle). At 9 MPH it’s built for private property, RV parks, campgrounds, gated communities, and golf paths. If you need a street-legal 25 MPH LSV with VIN, lights, and seatbelts, we sell those too — call us.
What if the cart arrives damaged?
Every cart ships with cargo insurance. Inspect the crate before signing the freight bill. If you see damage, note it on the bill of lading and call us at (951) 580-9822. We file the claim and ship a replacement — you don’t deal with the carrier.
How much does shipping actually cost?
Local (within 25 miles of ZIP 92587): Free. We deliver it ourselves.

Does it require assembly?
No. The cart ships fully assembled. You unfold it, charge it, and ride. We include a quick-start guide and a video link.
Can I return it if I don’t like it?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused carts in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Defects and damage claims are covered separately under warranty and freight insurance — we make those right at no cost to you.
What if I need service later and I’m not in California?
Canyon Lake Mobile coordinates authorized Kandi service nationwide. Call us with the issue and we’ll either guide you through it, ship a part overnight, or connect you with an authorized technician in your area.
