Club Car Pedal Micro Switch Repair for a Wildomar Cart That Wouldn't Run

This lifted Club Car from Wildomar would not run. The owner had already replaced the controller and the forward/reverse (FNR) assembly, so the shop picked the cart up to diagnose it.

The pedal micro switch had failed, most likely because of how the FNR was wired. The shop installed a new pedal micro switch, and the cart runs again. Testing also showed the potentiometer reading slightly out of range (5K to 560 ohms instead of 5K to 0), so a full potentiometer replacement is recommended. The original full potentiometer is discontinued.

If your Club Car won't go after an electrical upgrade, we can track down the cause.
