This six-seat cart came into our Canyon Lake shop for an electric annual service. The owner said it rolled on hills even with the parking brake set.
The cause was brakes that needed adjusting, which the shop took care of during the annual service, along with a look at the suspension, alignment and tires. Overall the cart is in good condition. One thing turned up: the rear tires were mounted backwards and are worn enough that replacing them is recommended.
If your cart creeps on a slope with the brake set, an annual service is a good time to get it checked.
