A DoorWorks hinged-door enclosure turns a six-passenger cart into something you can use in January, in wind, and in rain, without wrestling a zip-up curtain every time someone gets in or out. The patented hinge means the doors open and close like doors. That single difference is why owners who have lived with a track-style enclosure rarely go back.

Built in Sunbrella marine-grade fabric, made to order for your specific cart, and designed to fit carts already set up with a golf bag attachment, a rear-facing seat or a utility box — no customisation needed on our end for those configurations.

Confirmed Fitment

This 6-passenger enclosure is built for the following carts. Select your model and colour from the options above — if your cart is not on this list, do not order and guess; send us a photo and we will tell you which enclosure is correct.

Note on Villager 6: the 2022-and-newer and pre-2022 body styles are different enclosures. Check the year before you order — this is the most common ordering mistake on this product.

Colours

Three neutral Sunbrella colours: Jet Black, Wheat and Linen. All three are solution-dyed acrylic, which is the reason they hold colour in Southern California sun instead of going chalky in two seasons.

How the Hinged Design Works

• Removable hinged doors. Take them off for summer, put them back for winter. No tools fight required.
• Zippered door and rear windows. Open them for airflow without removing the doors — which is what you actually want on a 70-degree Canyon Lake afternoon — and zip them closed when the weather turns.
• Fits around your existing setup. Golf bag attachment, rear-facing seat or utility box, all accommodated as standard.
• Marine-grade fabric. Sunbrella is the same material used for boat canvas and patio awnings: UV-stable, water-repellent, mildew-resistant and cleanable.

Ordering, Lead Time and What We Need From You

1. Select your cart model and colour from the options above.
2. We will email you requesting photos of your cart — specifically the roof. Enclosures are cut to the roof, and roofs vary even within the same model year. This step is not optional and it is what prevents a bad fit.
3. Allow 6 to 10 weeks for manufacturing. These are made to order, not pulled off a shelf. If you want doors on the cart by Thanksgiving, order in early September — every year people call us in November and the calendar does not care.

Care and Longevity

Sunbrella lasts years if you treat it like canvas rather than plastic. Rinse with clean water and let it dry before storing. Clean with mild soap and lukewarm water — never a pressure washer, never bleach on the vinyl windows, and never fold the windows tightly in cold weather, which is how vinyl cracks. Store doors flat or hanging, not crushed in a garage corner. Done properly, an enclosure outlives two sets of batteries.
