4 Passenger Kandi Element (LSV)

$8,999.00
SKU: KS4PELEMENT-1

The Kandi Kruiser Element is a four-passenger Low-Speed Vehicle, not a golf cart with lights bolted on. It leaves the factory with headlights, tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, side mirrors, a horn, reflectors, a parking brake and seatbelts — the equipment set an LSV is required to have — and it is built around a 5,000-watt AC motor and a 51.2-volt 100Ah lithium pack with a 20 MPH top speed.

That distinction is the whole point of this vehicle. A standard golf cart and an LSV are different legal categories, and adding accessories to a golf cart does not move it from one to the other. If your plan involves driving on public streets rather than only inside a community, starting with a purpose-built LSV is the clean way to do it.

What 28 Miles of Range Actually Covers

Range figures are always estimates and real numbers depend on terrain, load, tire pressure and how hard the vehicle is driven. In practical Riverside County terms, 28 miles comfortably covers a day of local errands — the Towne Center, a neighbor's house, the launch ramp and back — with margin left. Hills, four adults aboard, and a full 20 MPH the entire time will pull that number down; flat neighborhood cruising will hold it. Plan around a nightly charge from a standard 120-volt outlet and range stops being something you think about.

Independent Front Suspension Is the Feature Most Buyers Overlook

A MacPherson strut front end lets each front wheel move independently over bumps. On the pot-holed shoulders and speed tables common around here, that is the difference between a jolt through the whole vehicle and one wheel absorbing it. Combined with hydraulic disc front brakes and electric power steering, the Element drives noticeably more like a small car and less like a golf cart, which is precisely what you want on a vehicle rated for street use.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is only useful if someone nearby can actually perform the work. We sell Kandi, we stock Kandi parts, and our technicians service these vehicles — you are not shipping a vehicle across the state to get a warranty claim handled.

Before You Buy an LSV

Where an LSV may legally be driven depends on the speed limit of the specific road and on local ordinances, and the vehicle needs to be properly registered and insured for street use. We can walk you through what applies to the routes you care about. Ask before you buy, not after.

Delivery, Financing and Service

We provide transport in and out of state; you will be contacted by phone or email to finalize shipping, and transport charges can change for long distances or bad weather. Financing is available — ask us and we will send you the current application. For questions about fitment, colors, availability or accessories, call (951) 580-9822 or use the contact and estimate form.

After the sale, our mobile service vans cover Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Murrieta, Temecula, Perris, Hemet, Corona, Winchester and the surrounding Riverside County area. Service work carries a 90-day warranty and we hold 4.9 stars across more than 670 Google reviews. Book mobile service online.
