SALE
Genuine OEM Kandi steering-system replacement parts for the Kandi Mini Cart — sold individually so you replace exactly what's worn without paying for a full assembly.
The Kandi Mini Cart's steering column, rack-and-pinion assembly, and steering wheel all share factory-specific mounting patterns and tooth counts that aftermarket "universal" parts cannot match. We stock the full Kandi factory steering catalog from Kandi America so you can replace a stripped tie-rod end, a cracked column sleeve, or a loose steering wheel without committing to a full assembly swap.
Compatibility
- Kandi Mini Cart — all production years

Installation Notes
Steering work is safety-critical. Disconnect the negative battery cable before pulling the steering column. When replacing the rack and pinion (QKGF01405), measure tie-rod length end-to-end before removal so toe-in stays close to factory spec on reinstall — final alignment should be re-measured after the wheels are back on the ground. Torque the M12 rack mounting bolts to factory spec (typically 65–70 Nm; verify against your service manual). After any steering work, do a slow-speed lock-to-lock turning test in a clear area before driving the cart at speed.
