Carol's cart came in for one job: a new axle bearing and seal on the driver side. Simple enough. But once Jayden and Sean had the rear end open, they found a second problem hiding underneath.
The differential cover had been hit, and it was leaking.
So the plan grew a little. They replaced the driver-side axle bearing and seal as planned, then swapped in a good used differential cover. When they drained the differential fluid, it came out very dirty, so they cleaned everything out before sealing it back up.
The happy ending: Carol's cart got the bearing and seal it came in for, plus a cover that no longer leaks.
A drip under the back of your cart is worth checking before it turns into a bigger repair.
