Not everything that rolls into our shop is a golf cart. Nina's yellow GEM, with a diamond-plate flatbed and a spare tire riding on the back, came in for one job: a new charging receptacle.
Eric handled the install. The new receptacle went into the side of the body, complete with its flip-up cap, and the charging cord plugged right in.
The happy ending: Nina's GEM has a solid place to plug in again, and it's ready to keep charging and working.
A charging receptacle takes a plug-in every time the vehicle charges. If yours feels loose or the plug won't seat, have it checked before it leaves you unable to charge.
